Factory Reset
  1. Power off
  2. Press [BAND], [H/L] and [V/M] while powering on
  3. Press [F/W] to confirm reset, any other key to cancel
Deviation
  1. Press and hold [H/L]
  2. Turn DIAL to “21: HLFDEV“
  3. Press [H/L] to activate
  4. Turn DIAL to select
  5. Press PTT to save
Automatic Repeater Shift (ARS)
  1. Press and hold [H/L]
  2. Turn DIAL to “4: ARS“
  3. Press [H/L] to activate
  4. Turn DIAL to select
  5. Press PTT to save
Display Channel names or Frequency
  1. Press and hold [H/L]
  2. Turn DIAL to “28: NAME“
  3. Press [H/L] to activate
  4. Turn DIAL to select
  5. Press PTT to save
MANUAL REPEATER SHIFT
  1. Press and hold [H/L]
  2. Turn DIAL to “33: RPT“
  3. Press [H/L] to activate
  4. Turn DIAL to select
  5. Press PTT to save
Default repeater shift
  1. Press [BAND] to select band
  2. Press and hold [H/L]
  3. Turn DIAL to “38: SHIFT“
  4. Press [H/L] to activate
  5. Turn DIAL to set shift
  6. Press PTT to save
CTCSS and Tone Squelch
  1. Press and hold [H/L]
  2. Turn DIAL to “42: SQLTYP“
  3. Press [H/L] to activate
  4. Turn DIAL to select
  5. Press PTT to save
  6. Press and hold [H/L]
  7. Turn DIAL to “44: TN FRQ“
  8. Press [H/L] to activate
  9. Turn DIAL to select
  10. Press [H/L] to save
Save to memory
  1. Set frequency, CTCSS/Tone Squelch, repeater offset and power
  2. Press and hold [F/W]
  3. Accept next available channel number or select with DIAL
  4. Press [F/W] to save
memory channel name
  1. Select memory channel to (re-)name
  2. Press and hold [H/L]
  3. Turn DIAL to “29: NM SET“
  4. Press [H/L] to activate
  5. Select character with DIAL, confirm with [V/M], backspace with [BAND]
  6. Press PTT to save
